While MakeMyLPA is designed to produce correctly completed LPA forms, we cannot and do not guarantee that the Office of the Public Guardian will accept or register your LPA. The OPG may reject an LPA for a variety of reasons, including errors in completion, witnessing, or signing. You are responsible for reviewing all generated documents carefully and ensuring they are signed, witnessed, and submitted in accordance with OPG requirements.
