MakeMyLPA is a free service that helps you create a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) online. We believe everyone should be able to protect their future without paying hundreds of pounds in solicitor fees.

Why Free?

We believe that creating an LPA shouldn't be a financial barrier. The basic service is completely free. We offer optional paid services for those who want extra support, such as having an estate planning professional check your LPA for errors, or a print-and-post service.

You can also create LPA forms for free using the Government’s own website. We built MakeMyLPA to offer a simpler, faster alternative with personalised signing guides and optional professional support.
